A huge thanks you to club president Miranda Andrews for organising this course last Saturday. Tom Keegan, an emergency service colleague of Miranda, delivered the course.
This was a great opportunity to develop or renew key and invaluable life skills which will stand to everyone, not only on the cricket pitch but in everyday life.
Tom's extensive knowledge and almost 20 years of experience in the fire service were always evident in his in-depth yet light-hearted delivery.
Our attendees got involved in practical sessions which imitated real-life emergencies.
Special thanks to those members who attended the course and by all accounts it was a brilliant three hour course.
